  17.     I am willing to pay for source code for a combination init/cdev that
  18. will allow WaitNextEvent, GetNextEvent, etc to work as normal except when
  19. in "intercept mode".  Intercept mode can be turned on and off in the cdev.
  20. In intercept mode, a window should be displayed when an application has
  21. called one of the WaitNextEvent family of functions.  The window should allow
  22. the event record to be edited.  An 'Ok' button will cause the edited event to
  23. be the one that the calling application will receive.  A 'Cancel' button will 
  24. allow the event to be passed through to the application as if nothing different
  25. had happened. This must work without conflict with other applications and
  26. utilities under Systems 6 and 7.  The source should be in Think C 5.0.

  28.     There is a strong possibility for future work.  If you're interested,
  29. please send me your lowested fixed bid and approximate completion time.
  30. Also please include a description of your background.  I'm more interested
  31. in getting decent code that works well than in being impressed with
  32. resume-like prose, but I do need to know that the job will get done.

  34. what I want instead of your background.  You'll have my attention, and
  35. we'll talk about the source for me and the money for you.  :-)
