  11. OK, first of all, I do realize that the Mac OS does not yet support real
  12. Multitasking (nor does MS Windows). But, I keep hearing about certain
  13. applications or inits that allow programs to run in the background (like
  14. the one that allows Think C to compile in the background).  What I want
  15. to do is allow our 3D rendering software to render in the background to
  16. the user can use the modeller etc. while rendering.  Could someone either
  17. post, or point me to some documented code to set this up?  What are the
  18. limits and conditions to this?  We are already doing this under Windows,
  19. so I imagine a similar process should be possible on the Mac.
