  18. I'm sorry, I haven't been paying attention!  I know Tune Up 1.1.1 is 
  19. supposed to prevent folders from disappearing, but what is the solution if
  20. one of your clients didn't listen to you, and did NOT install the TuneUP,
  21. and just lost some of their folder icons?  IS there a quick patch somewhere?
  22. Or is he out of luck?
