- The ShareVision(?) description in this weeks Tidbits looks
- intresting. I've got a couple of questions, however, for
- anyone who had a chance to examine this beast:
-
- 1a) Can it use any transport (Comm Toolbox?) or
- does it require the communication be over modem lines?
- In particulary, could this be run over, say, MacTCP?
-
- 1b) If it can use other transports, is there any provision
- for more than two users at a time (at least in future
- versions?)
-
- 2) Can the hardware portion be seperated from the software,
- specifically, is Apple providing a software standard that
- other vendors can build hardware to, and let the software
- tie it all together or is this a product where you will always
- have to have two Apple devices on both ends??
-
- Thanks for the info,
-
