  13.         I bought White Knight a year or so ago when it was 11.01. I have
  14. since upgraded via the upgrade patches that have been periodically posted
  15. to USENET and various ftp archives. I am now at 11.10.  I recently got the
  16. patch files to upgrade to version 11.12, another one to go to 11.13, and
  17. another to get to 11.14.  When I run the PUP 2.0 utility to apply the
  18. patches, it asks me to locate the White Knight copy to patch, BUT IT NEVER
  19. GIVES ANY APLLICATIONS IN THE FILE DIALOG TO SELECT.
