  27. Do you have CEToolbox in your system folder?
  28. SuperBoomerang 3.0 is a part of Now Utilities which includes CEToolbox.
  29. S-Bmrg 3.0 DOES require CEToolbox to run. If you don't have CET-box, 
  30. StartUp Manager would not activate it because SUMgr has the link such that
  31. you cannot use S-Bmrg without CET-box.

  33. If you use the installer of that software, it installs CET-box automatically.
