- Forgive me for my innocence but...
-
- What kind of a shareholder meeting are you proposing to hold?
- In my book, the meeting concentrate on strategic, operational,
- investment, even philosophical matters.
-
- It is however not a detailled technical discussion. I know that any
- subject can be brough up... but what kind of answer do you expect?
- Do you even expect your technical questions to be noted down
- and taken into consideration at a later stage?
-
- In conclusion, I would recoemd you ,concentrate on broad general issues
- such as: _how does apple justify its international pricing policy?
- _what future do you see for apple hardware manufaturing capacity,
- it is going to retain its in-house design capacity or delegate it,
- and concentrate on system design and software?
- _what philosophy will apple adopt in bringing newer version and
- greater functionality to its system sofware. Are all basic feature
- going to remain free, with extra's shipped & paid separatly? or
- is the system sofware going to become a product in its own right?
- Are you going to continue building the system in a modular manner
- and start selling it in bit? Taillored for each user BUT having
- the effect to lower the lowest common denominator system, AND
- making the life os system administartor hell AND making purchasing
- even the system a difficult accounting procedure!
-
- I suspect the answers to this kind of questions, hopefully probing and
- sharpely directed, will deliver a much better quality of answers...
-
- IMHO!
