- The screen on a 13" monitor is 640 * 480 _pixels_ (I assume from
- the size you mention that this is what you are using). One pixel
- is not necessarily 1pt. A lot of monitors aren't 72 dpi. I've
- seen numbers ranging from 54 dpi through 84 dpi at one time or
- another. About the only screens which I _know_ are 72 dpi are the
- 9" monochrome screens in the older compact Macs. Not so sure
- about the newer ones...

- In short, trying to draw something the same size as the screen
- based on the idea that 1 pixel = 1pt usually won't work.
