- I was under the impression that the Audio Pallete worked only with those
- Macs that had built in microphones. Imagine my surprise when I called up
- the pallete and proceeded to record something with my MacRecorder. Is this
- stored as a system sound (the stack didn't seem to increase in size). Is
- the MacRecorder such a defacto standard that Apple put the hooks in it that
- are needed?
- Is the Audio Pallete part of system 7?
- Is there a way to redirect the storage of this sound resource to a stack
- instead of the system?(if that indeed is where it's being stored now)
- Is there a better place for me to find info about how sound is done on Macs?
- Speak up, don't be shy, I'll re-post. TNX.
- Jeff.
