- Hello all. I am a new owner of the PB 145 4/40. I know that the only
- difference between the 140 and the 145 is the faster processor (16->25MHz).
- But I noticed that when you look in the 'about this macintosh' item in the
- apple menu, it still says that it is a PB 140. Why?? Besides noticing the
- extra speed, is there another way to make sure that the 145 does have the
- 25MHz 030?? For all I know, apple could have left it the same as the 140
- and just put a 145 label on it. By the way, I'd like to do this w/o
- taking the PB apart.
