  11. I hope someone can shed some light on this problem.

  13. My Mac SE/30 suddenly stopped talking to the modem connected to the
  14. phone port.  I can see the data is getting through (the lights on the
  15. modem flash) but the modem doesn't respond).  This happened while I was
  16. connected, and I had done nothing that would have affected the modem
  17. settings.

  19. The wierd part is that after I switched the modem and printer cables on
  20. the back of the mac and changed the chooser and comm program serial port
  21. settings to match the new configuration, both the printer and modem
  22. work.

  24. Has anyone else seen a problem like this, and if so, how did you fix it?
