  14. First of all, could someone make a list of all of the new Macs
  15. that are going to be released and their features?  Including
  16. X series, Z series, Persona Series, PowerBook series, etc.

  18. Second, is a 8-bit color PowerBook going to be available any time
  19. soon?  And is the gray-scale PowerBook 8-bit?

  21. What I'm interested in doing is typing up papers not in my small,
  22. dark, quiet room but outside in the sun with squirrels running
  23. around and birds flying.  I'm currently using a Mac Plus.  So,
  24. I'm looking forward to using a FAST(er), color computer that
  25. is portable.  Color is fairly important to me because
  26. color icons are cool!

  28. I'm also a programmer, so I need decent speed for compiling
  29. programs.  I'm looking at the Quadra 950, but you can't take
  30. that out to the lawn and put it on your lap.

  32. Also, is the Quadra 950 still going to be the fastest Mac after
  33. the new Macs are released?

  35. One MINOR question:  Are the Persona series going to have "Macintosh"
  36. labeled on the case front, or "Persona"? Or "Macintosh Persona"?
