  13. There's a company in Austin, TX called JetFill Co. that makes these
  14. big stubby syringes full of ink for refilling DW cartridges.  They
  15. come in packs of two, and each one can fully recharge a cartridge
  16. twice.  They end up costing a *lot* less than any kind of new cartridge.
