  24. I got only two responses, but they helped.  Here is the gist:

  28.    Open the case, remove the PCB on the neck of the CRT, so you won't break
  29.    it. Remomove logic board.  Now from below you can remove the 4 screws
  30.    that keeps the floppy/harddisk unit in place. Then carefully mangle it
  31.    out. Remove 2 screws on each side of the floppy drive bracket. Take the
  32.    drive out. Put it in the cover. Slide it back, and reverse above steps.

  36. To remove the logic board you need to unplug THREE connectors
  37. (one molex for power, one narrow flat cable to floppy drive, and one
  38. wide flat cable to hard disk).  The molex connector (in my machine) has
  39. a catch that needs to be unlocked by pushing it towards the connector.
  40. There is also a two wire connector (to speaker or so), but you can leave
  41. that connected, unless you want to separate the logic board all the way.
  42. The logic board comes out with a "clever" slide-rotate-slide move
  43. (look at the rail in which it slides).

  45. WARNING:  Note that the tube may still be charged to a high voltage
  46. after the power is switched off.
