- I got only two responses, but they helped. Here is the gist:

- Open the case, remove the PCB on the neck of the CRT, so you won't break
- it. Remomove logic board. Now from below you can remove the 4 screws
- that keeps the floppy/harddisk unit in place. Then carefully mangle it
- out. Remove 2 screws on each side of the floppy drive bracket. Take the
- drive out. Put it in the cover. Slide it back, and reverse above steps.

- To remove the logic board you need to unplug THREE connectors
- (one molex for power, one narrow flat cable to floppy drive, and one
- wide flat cable to hard disk). The molex connector (in my machine) has
- a catch that needs to be unlocked by pushing it towards the connector.
- There is also a two wire connector (to speaker or so), but you can leave
- that connected, unless you want to separate the logic board all the way.
- The logic board comes out with a "clever" slide-rotate-slide move
- (look at the rail in which it slides).
-
- WARNING: Note that the tube may still be charged to a high voltage
- after the power is switched off.
