- The Powerbook 100 will wake up from sleep with a touch of the spacebar
- (maybe other keys...my Powerbook is back at Apple being repaired for
- an unrelated (:-}) problem). But it will ALSO restart from a total
- shutdown with a touch of the spacebar! (the 140 and 170 will not)

- I'd rather have it accidentally wake up from sleep, with likely minimal
- or zero disk activity, than have it go through all the disk activity of
- a full startup. So I carry mine around in sleep mode.

- And a friend of mine says a thread on Compuserve's MAUG thrashed this out
- and concluded the heads are safely parked during sleep.
