- hi
- i have an apple laserwriter plus which i have recently
- brought into my office. our building has a large
- appletalk network -- many zones, many users, many connections
- to the outside world etc. when the laserwriter is connected
- JUST to my mac the chooser (and namer etc) can find the
- printer without any problem. However, when my mac
- is connected to the building's appletalk network
- as well as the printer (via appletalk) the printer is
- doesnt exist (according to the chooser and other programs).
- our computer center says they dont do anything which should
- interfear with my printer.
-
- Does anyone know why or what to do about my "missing" printer?
- please drop me a line -- im desperate to use this thing from
- other machines in my area.
-
- THANKS
- jamie
