- As to the difference between an active matrix and a supertwist, froma
- technical point of view I have no clue. But in regards to useability there
- is no comarison: the active matrix wins hands down. When looking at
- PowerBooks I was considering a 140, but got the 170 simply because it had
- the better screen. The screen is as good, I think, as a CRT. The viewing
- angle, luminosity, and definition are as good as the Apple Monocrome, and
- by far better than the screen on the 100 or 140 (both Supertwists).
-
- Second, from what I've read of the new PowerBooks and Duos I see not
- reaon to think that Apple would be foolish enough not to include an ADB
- port on them. Byt then again look at the Apple III......
