- Hello;
-
- I inhereted and old 512K mac that I am using as a terminal to talk with
- my mac at work. I would like to stick a daughter board on it so that I could
- hook up a scsi hard drive. I really do not know if this sucker is a 512K or
- 512KE, and I was wondering if anyone could fill me in on the difference.
-
- The mac has a dove mac snap board on it, so it has 1 meg of usuable ram.
- The ROM has an 86 date on it, and can read 800K disks.
-
- Any help would be wonderful, since the upgrade people want to sell me $300
- pluss roms that I do not think I need.
-
- thanks--rr
