- Greetings Mac HW folk,
-
- I wanna upgrade the RAM in my Outbound 2030E from 4MB to 16MB.
- Outbound highly recommends purchasing "low power" SIMMs to preserve
- the battery life. They say standard 4MB SIMMs can reduce battery
- life to about 45 minutes...ugh. So, I can either buy four 4MB
- low-power SIMMs directly from Outbound for big $$, or I can look
- elsewhere and spend fewer $$.
-
- Before I call "all" the mail-order joints listed in Mac* magazines,
- I'm hoping that some netters might lead me to a source(s) of
- low-power SIMMs.
-
- Much obliged,
- Dave
