- I've got to disagree with this post on a general level. I have been
- using CPU since MacWorld in Boston and have been quite satisfied with
- it. I called them about the rapid decrease in the time remaining
- indicator. They acknowledged it to be a problem and are working on a
- fix which will be mailed to all REGISTERED users for no charge.
-
- Every other aspect of the package has worked as advertised and I find
- it indespensible since I use my Powerbook 170 in two different office
- settings as well as at home and travelling. It is simply a matter of
- selecting the CPU setting from a menu to change all the defaults for my
- Powerbook. I like that convenience. (I never could get QuickKeys 2 to
- actually complete a whole sequence of events to do what CPU does
- seamlessly).
-
- BTW, the clock is just fine and doesn't interfere with any other items
- in the menu. I don't have a single program that has any problem
- displaying the clock. Perhaps you shouldchange the font and size? (I
- use Palatino 12 pt.)
