- Yup, that's what I did. A few weeks ago, I finally received a letter from
- Symantec. It was from their Returns department. It read:

- requirements at this time, but we look forward to serving your future
- needs.

- Attached to the letter was a credit slip for $19.00, the original "upgrade"
- price from 1.0 to 1.1. Apparently, they treated my case as Returned
- Software, and gave me a $19 credit, which makes my upgrade $20.00.

- Of course, the lady on the phone denied there was ever such an offer. Those
- Symantec folks really need to talk to each other more often! Still, they did
- finally get me my money though, so I'm happy.
