  22. The "special" $29.00 upgrade price was for those users of Norton Utilities
  23. who had "upgraded" to v1.1.  Since there was alot of bad feeling about
  24. that (v1.1 *only* had system 7 support on it), Symantec decided to
  25. subtract the $10.00 upgrade price for v1.1 users.

  27. I got mine for $29.00.  When I ordered the upgrade, I *specifically*
  28. mentioned that I was upgrading from v1.1, and I verified the price
  29. before giving out my credit card number.

  31. Since you have already ordered and received yours, I'm not sure what
  32. you can do now.  I'm assuming you upgraded from v1.1...
