  10. I purchased Excel 3.0 as an upgrade from 2.2 around a year ago it seems.

  12. Now I see Excel 4.0 advertised.

  14. 1) as a registered Excel 2.2 and 3.0 user, why am I not being marketed
  15. to for 4.0?

  17. 2) I have seen an upgrade kit advertised as available to excel 1.5 and
  18. 2.2 users.  Why are not 3.0 users included?  Do we get the upgrade for
  19. free?
