  13. I am the owner of a faithful original OUTBOUND portable Mac-clone.
  14. Through thick and thin (mostly thick, it is kind of chunky), it
  15. has computed away without complaint.
  16.  
  17. Now, fate has laid it low.  As it was suffering from a bad case
  18. of hard-disc congestion, I purchased and installed AUTODOUBLER
  19. on it.
  20.  
  21. Bad move.  Autodoubler crashes on the Outbound.  What is WORSE,
  22. due to some quirk in the Outbound's keyboard handler, pressing
  23. SHIFT on boot does not solve the problem.
  24.  
  25. As my OUTBOUND is a hard-disc only model, I cannot boot the
  26. machine!  Also, I don't have a Plus anymore to "dock" to the
  27. Outbound.
  28.  
  29. If there is anyone in the TOKYO area who has an original Outbound
  30. with an external floppy disc drive or a docking module that will
  31. let me bypass the internal HD, I would greatly appreciate it if
  32. you would email me.
