- With all the recent discussions about S-records I thought I should
- mention this.
-
- I have recently written a C program to convert S-records (S0..S9)
- to binary data or Intel Hex records. The program can also print hex
- dumps which are useful for debugging. I wrote the program to burn
- some EPROMs with software produced by the AS32 (68332) assembler.
- Currently, I have it working under Turbo C and SunOS (Sun Unix).
- I still have not decided if I want to distribute the source program (i.e.
- public domain) but I may decide to make DOS executables available
- either by mail or anonymouse FTP. If there is sufficient demand I
- could make improvements etc... The current version accepts a 32-bit offset
- and can be used to produce 64KB ROMs. S1,S2 and S3 formats are supported.
-
- Please e-mail me directly. All suggestions are appreciated.
