- Well, I'm not sure I'd call it upgrading, since they are completely different
- CPUs. Anyway the answer is absolutely not. The chips aren't anything alike.
- It is possible that Hauppauge might come out with a new motherboard that would
- allow you to use the newer i860-XP, but it would be a completely new board
- rather than just a chip swap.
