  17. Well, I'm not sure I'd call it upgrading, since they are completely different
  18. CPUs. Anyway the answer is absolutely not.  The chips aren't anything alike.
  19. It is possible that Hauppauge might come out with a new motherboard that would
  20. allow you to use the newer i860-XP, but it would be a completely new board
  21. rather than just a chip swap.
