- Hmmm....I asked a question a while ago to which I never got a specific
- answer. I am wondering if there is any planned upgrading either in clock
- speed or capabilities to the i860-XP 50 RISC microprocessor. It seems like
- the other companies are starting to catch up, so does Intel have a rebuttal?
-
- Please, Intel guru's, ask thine coworkers, and if they "can't say", then at
- least drop that fact. It would be a shame to see Intel's maximum
- performance RISC chip (one so well suited to and used for multicomputing) be
- forgotten in the innovation race....
