  20. Windows 3.1 contains the names of all General Midi and all MT-32 patches
  21. (there is no such beast as a MT-32L, but there is a CM-32L).
  22. I don't use Windows much and cannot give an exact pointer, but everything
  23. is there. Windows also includes its own mapper, but I didn't experiment
  24. with it.
