  13. Creative Labs will be releasing a new sound card the SB 16 it offers 16 bit sound
  14. (true 16 bit, unlike the Pro Spec 16 that have 4 channels of static) and 44.1 cd
  15. reconding, it also offers a 4 layer design, and larger resister pack for bus
  16. noise handling..a GREAT CARD, they are still going to produce the sb and sb pro,
  17. this one just is the next step for musicians and serious business plugs...
