  15. I am looking for more information on a Windows 3.1 product which allows the user
  16. to configure placement of the windows, define pop-ups, etc. I heard there 
  17. was a product which did this called either Toolkit or Toolbook and the
  18. company which made it was called something like Asymeteric.  Does anyone
  19. have more information on this product or know where I can get more?
