- Hi all...
- I want to ask 2 questions:
- The first one is about the 286 models with 20/25 Mhz speed.I was told that
- they aren't good.Is this true? I was told that this processor with THIS
- speed can make problems when copying/deleting/editing stuff.Again:Is it
- true?
- Or with other words: What should I preffer:286 with 16/21 or 20/25?
- TThanx.
- Now to the second question:A friend of mine wanted to uppgrade his VGA card
- memory to 1 Mb.He thought he have 512K,but at the store he was told that
- he have an old card ,with 215k on it,and if he wanna upgrade to 1 Mb,he
- should change the VGA card.Another thing that's going on,that this poor guy
- sees ,vaguely but still annoyng, some kind of circles which exists usually when
- you use anti-glare screens...And it is VGA,that should have good resolution.
- Now ,the seller told him that the circles are because the card
- "don't transsmit on the same frequency as the VGA receives" (or something like
- that). Now,my question: Is this seller just a crook who wants to sell
- VGA cards to people who don't need it,or,if he is right, explain me what
- that thing mean?
- Thanx a lot
