  13. I recently aquired a used Toshiba 1.2M 5 1/4" floppy that I would
  14. like to install in my pc. I have been trying to install it as the a:
  15. drive. The system boots fine with the drive installed. When I chnage to
  16. the a drive it spins up and comes back with a Not Ready error. I previously
  17. had a Qume 360k drive as a: and it worked fine.

  19. The system I'm running:
  20.     286 clone (1989 AMI bios)
  21.     1.44M floppy as b:
  22.     ST-225 Hard drive (20M seagate MFM)
  23.  
  24. Hopefully its just a jumper configuration problem, I don't have any
  25. documentation for this drive. Thanks in advance.
