  13. I am waiting for my third replacement of my Telepath modem.  The previous
  14. two didn't work.  In a conversation with the Gateway tech support person
  15. the conversation ended with his comment, "What do you want for $195? It's
  16. a cheap modem and cannot handle line noise like the more expensive modems."

  18. I also went through 5 Crystal Scan monitors before I got
  19. one that worked.
