- Flopticals : I saw an article about these in a magazine some months
- ago. Someone was manufacturing a disk drive that could read 1.44MB,
- 720KB and a 21MB magneto-optical disk, soon to be upgraded to
- maybe 40-60MB. The drive was supposed to retail for around 350 pounds
- with the disks at 110 pounds for 5.
- Has anyone heard anything about these marvels?? I think that the
- new 2.88Mb are too little, too late, too expensive and that the
- new 3.5" should be the floptical....
