- I am trying to map a 32 kbyte device into the first 1M byte memory of the
- standard PC or AT memory. The problem is that it seems the BIOS ROM and the top
- 360 kbyte RAM are occupying the same space. If I disable the top 360 kbyte RAM,
- can I still access to the top memory without conflict with BIOS ROM. If so, is
- there any other suitable memory space I can used without major re-organizing my
- AT or going into the protected mode? Or is there any simple complier can support
- protected (real??) mode without costing my arm or leg?
