  12. I bought the LOGITECH SCANMAN (not the latest Grayscale version) with the
  13. CATCHWORD program which came with it.  IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY!!
  14. Despite having a fast computer, getting upgrades, and even changing to the
  15. PERCEIVE (Windows O.C.R.) program, it still doesn't perform with the highest of
  16. speed or accuracy.
  17. The bottom line, save the money until you can buy a flatbed scanner; I wasted
  18. at least $450 so far just for the scanner/Catchword package.
  19. I am disappointed with the accuracy of these programs which wastes my  time
  20. editing to such an extent that if I abandon the program and time the whole file
  21. myself I would be much farther ahead!
