- Hello:
-
- There has been a lot of commotion about this local bus and I just
- wanted to get a clarification on a couple of things:
-
- In order to take advantage of local bus, we will be investing our
- money in new HD controllers and VGA cards. What about hard drives?
- I haven't opened up my box lately, but will our old hard disks work
- with the new cards? I'm thinking on the lines of whether or not we
- even have a 32 bit data path on the pin connections on our current
- hard drives. It seems that would should only have 16, since that's
- what most of the external controllers support.
