  20. I've been printing text and color graphics with the color cartridge with no 
  21. problems.  If you want dark, deep black for text then you will need the black
  22. cartridge.  Remember Color cartridge works on normal or special HP paper, but
  23. the Black cartridge should not be used on HP paper.  Try it, you'll soak the paper,
  24. causing running, plus wasting a lot on ink.  This is per HP notes in the HP
  25. DeskJet 500C Manual.
