  11. I am going to buy an external VGA to TV adapter. One of the feature of
  12. such kind of adapter is with or without Flicker Free (or Anti Flicker).
  13. I am quite confused. Could some experts or experienced users in this net
  14. tell me about:
  15.         1. What does Flick Free mean?
  16.         2. Without Flick Free, how badly is the TV screen picture shown
  17.            for DOS and Windows based text and graphic applications?
  18.         3. Which manufacture has a better quality product, PE-VON,
  19.            Grandtec or others?
  20.         4. Any comments on your experience using external VGA to TV
  21.            adapter will be appreciated.
