- I would like to knwo the difference between the 486DX2 50MHZ CPU and the
- 486DX 50MHZ CPU. I know that the DX2 is a "clock doubler", and is only
- 50MHZ internally, but what does this mean in practical terms. What is
- "internal" and "external" operations. If the data bus runs at 8MHZ
- either way, how is the tru 50 faster? Does the DX2 slow disk access?
- Video access? Would a DX2 50MHZ ISA machine be appropriate for a server
- of any sort? Thank you.

- OH, also, how does DX2 vs. DX and EISA vx. ISA affect multitasking in an
- envirnotment like Windows? or the promised Winddows NT or win32?

- thanks
