- I was one of the developers of the 71, the first machine to use the Saturn
- processor. I left HP in '83 and haven't seen whatever upgrades they may have
- made since then, but at the time, we used R4 to get the interrupt return off
- the hardware stack, as I recall. Some of that low-level stuff may have had a
- very long life, so I would tread lightly here unless you know a whole lot
- about the 48.
