  30. I can understand being frustrated, but rather than flaming the author of
  31. the software, who incidentally provided it free of charge and with no 
  32. warranty, I feel that you should make the deficiencies of the software
  33. known on the net so other people are spared a repeat of your experiences,
  34. and then work with the developer to fix the problem.

  36. Lutz has spent a lot of time and has written a lot of code that a lot
  37. of people appreciate.  Please use a little discretion when commenting
  38. on the quality of free software.
