- I can understand being frustrated, but rather than flaming the author of
- the software, who incidentally provided it free of charge and with no
- warranty, I feel that you should make the deficiencies of the software
- known on the net so other people are spared a repeat of your experiences,
- and then work with the developer to fix the problem.

- Lutz has spent a lot of time and has written a lot of code that a lot
- of people appreciate. Please use a little discretion when commenting
- on the quality of free software.
