  17. It will be available as soon as it exists, but no sooner.

  19. Please keep in mind that you may see references to items on a Goodies
  20. Disk long before it is available, because the Goodies Disks are not
  21. created in an instant, but slowly accumulate.  References can be to
  22. items on a disk that is still being assembled.  The libraries to which
  23. you refer are on disks #7 and #8, which will be released
  24. simultaneously on my Official "Over The Hill" Birthday, August 19th.
