What about HP VUE on 8XX machines?  The majority of 8XX machines have no
graphics hardware, so restricting its use to the 'local' display doesn't
make much sense.

On 8XX machines, you recieve a license for N users, which corresponds roughly
to the number of users who can display character based I/O on a terminal
at any one time.  Is the VUE licensing different in this case?  Or, since
Xterminals are the only way to due graphics off an 8XX, does the 8XX VUE
have the same capcbilites (or restrictions, as the case may be)?
