- Crumbs, I've never seen so much traffic about the Psion before, shame
- it's all bad (-:

- Are you saying it's a cable problem that took out the buttons? I don't
- think so as my buttons went dodgy about a month back, some worked, some
- didn't, then then worked again, etc. However, they never all failed to
- work. Also, whilst my new one is 1.80F (I swapped it Monday, the first
- lasted 11 months - is this a record?), don't hold out much hope as my
- colleagues is also 1.80F, he's had it about 2 months and yup - the
- applications buttons are dodgy, he's got 3 not working intermittantly.

- Buy a Flash RAM card and make it your default disk. Swapping to the new
- machines are they arrive each month/week/day is much easier then (I've found).

- Don't do it!!! My dialer didn't work until I messed with it's settings
- (Psion-F in World). Unfortunately, I forgot to note what changes I
- made on my old one before it was swapped, so my new one currently isn't
- working either. Just mess with the "Tone time" and the "Delay time",
- one of these holds the answer.

- >How does one find out the version of a Psion Series 3?
- Following on from everyone else's suggestions: my new Psion 1.80F came
- with a newer Programming Manual, it's Version 2.0. I can't suss out
- what's changed as I don't have the old one, but a random check in the
- shop showed that the same page # in each contained different text so I
- took the new ones. Any help?
