- I have an 11/750 power supply problem. Within minutes of
- power-on, the "reg fail" light comes on. The "+5 fail" and "+2.5 fail"
- lights are off, and, indeed, those voltages are present and correct.
- In fact, the only voltage that looks odd is the -15 feed. It starts
- out around -15.1 and drifts to -14.5 at which point the "reg fail"
- appears. Thereafter it continues to about -14.2 and stays there.
- Removing the +-15 load does not change the voltage, so the problem probably
- really is the regulator. Does anyone have a spare +-15 regulator module
- they'd like to part with? (I'm hoping the +-15 plug-in board is at fault,
- but maybe the whole +5/+-15 unit would be easier, if heavier.) Alternately,
- print sets could be useful...
