  13.    In the past few months we have started getting alot of
  14.    Cache parity errors on several of out DECstation 5000/200's.
  15.    This only started happening after these machines were updated
  16.    to Ultrix 4.2a, but I am not sure if that is related. Can
  17.    anyone tell me what causes these errors? Is this necessarily
  18.    a hardware problem?
