  32.     Yes. We have one running in a VS4000/60 system here in TRI/ADD. We are
  33.     running FT code for VMS Amber. As to the public status (I know that it
  34.     will ship soon) I'll have to ask the product manager what I can say in
  35.     public.

  43.     Bzzzt. Wrong. Thank you for playing anyway (sorry, don't mean to sound
  44.     flip, but we're just not that evil). The product has been designed and
  45.     hardware/software have been in test for several months. We are doing
  46.     the best that we can to get device drivers up and rolling as quickly as
  47.     possible.

  53.     It does run the PMAZ-AB (TURBOchannel SCSI Host Adapter) and you will
  54.     be able to use it in that fashion (just like you planned).

  60.     I do apologize for the delays. The factory is installing the ECO to all
  61.     of the adapter modules that were built. In addition, please remember 
  62.     that you will need the next release of VMS (the Amber release) in order
  63.     to support TURBOchannel on the VS4000/xx. By that I mean either the 
  64.     VS4000/60 or the VS4000/90. Adding a new I/O subsystem to the release
  65.     takes some time. Particularly in an attempt to be able to support as
  66.     many of the TURBOchannel options as we can, as soon as we can. If you
  67.     grab a copy of the TRI/ADD Shippable Products Catalog, you'll note that
  68.     that covers a lot of functionality. It will probably be an ongoing
  69.     increase in support over time.
