  11. Has anyone run or had DEC run any becnhmarks on Alpha systems?  I
  12. have just seen some image processing type benchmarks (not dependent
  13. on graphics subsystem) that were run on an Alpha system under both
  14. OSF and VMS, and the results were not very good.  The Alpha system
  15. came in at about the same level as an SGI R3000 Indigo, and
  16. considerably worse than SGI R4000 systems and top HP systems.
