- Well, I was having fun with my old SX-64 when this went and happened:
-
- - I power the system up and I get a white screen with a blue border,
- which is normal for the SX-64. But...
-
- - Instead of the BASIC sign on message, I get a screen full of hi-res
- bitmapped looking garbage. The system is then totally non-responsive.
- No indication of key input or RUN/STOP-RESTORE activity doing anything.
- At least on the screen.
-
- I have no idea where to begin looking for a bad chip. Any suggestions?
-
- Thanks,
-
